I'm going on a VERY long flight soon, and I don't want to catch anything. (No, I'm not worried about the flu. I'm worried about othe airborne diseases.)
the N95 masks are way better but they can be a little bit harder to breathe through during long periods of time so that may be an issue on your flight.
